06/01/16 Ashburn, VA: The U.S. Department of Commerce awarded DSI a five-year contract (blanket purchase agreement) to provide Cisco Smart Net Maintenance and Support Services to the individual operating units of the Department of Commerce.
Cisco Smart Net is a total care service that helps reduce downtime with fast, expert technical support and flexible hardware coverage. It also offers integrated smart capabilities, providing current information about an agency’s installed base, contracts, and security alerts to enhance the efficiency of support workflows.
